Not a goodbye. . . but a pause

Unfortunately, in order that we may focus on our impending treatments, recovery and whatever medical fun-n'-games await us in the months ahead, we have to put Hypothetically Speaking in mothballs for the time being.

Hopefully, we will be back on our feet before the forsythia bloom, the drag racing returns to Kil-Kare (Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!), or what ever methaphor for late springtime locals in your area like to use.

Anyway, much thanks go out to our readers for the many warm notes of support and comments that we have received in recent days, and many thanks for the support you have given us over the last two years.

When we started out, there were only a couple of pioneering blogs that dealt with Ohio. Now there seem to be dozens. And, Ohio is still keenly covered by the Kos Kids and Pandagon, plus the icons like TPM and Atrios. We're sure that whatever minute vacuum we managed to fill will be easily filled by the many able replacements that seem to be popping up each week.

So, now it's time to spin the old Ipod wheel to a little Detroit Cobras, Crooked Fingers and Ry Cooder and float into the mystic. Later . . .
